Reassurance in These Testing Times Independent UKAS laboratory accredited for Air and Water Testing. We operate a fleet of mobile laboratories to carry out smoke test witnessing, leak testing, reassurance testing and four stage reoccupation certification. All analysts hold P403 and P404 qualifications. In addition our bulk sample analysts hold P401 certificates. Our microbiology laboratory carries out analysis for Legionella, E.coli, Coliforms, Total Viable Counts and Pseudomonas in water as well as surface hygiene swab testing for fungi, yeasts and moulds and microbiological air monitoring. We analyse domestic down- services, industrial vended and recreational waters. We participate in the HPA external QC scheme for Legionella and indicator organisms, are members of the Legionella Control Association approved code of conduct for service providers and operate a minimum detection limit of <100cfu/l for Legionella. All of these are requirements of L8/2001.
